The fastest way to a straight answer
Two things help us give you a firm price on the first call:
- Where in the home the concern is (basement, bathroom, attic, whole house) and roughly how big the area is.
- What prompted it: a visible patch, a musty smell, a recent leak or flood, a landlord or tenant dispute, or a home you are buying or selling.
With that, we can usually quote the inspection on the spot and book a visit that works for you.
What happens next
We confirm the scope and a firm price, book a visit (usually under an hour on site), take the samples, and send them to an accredited lab. You get a plain-language report in a few business days, with rush turnaround available when a closing date or a dispute cannot wait. The report is yours to keep and to take to any remediation contractor.
